The Best Christmas Present Ever!

Today we received the best Christmas present we could have asked for (other than the birth of our Savior). We got an offer on our house in Florida! If all goes well, we will close on it December 30th. We will be able to handle the closing by mail. Although it would have been nice to have to go back to Florida to visit our friends. Oh well, some other time.

Saturday Smiles

Maddie's starting to smile and coo quite a lot now. It's so fun just to watch her. She flails her arms and kicks her legs. She also likes to stick her tongue out (especially when she's hungry) and make kissy faces. Sometimes she even copies me when I do it. She hasn't turned over yet, but she's trying.

We're really looking forward to our trip to Michigan for Christmas. It will be Madison's first plane ride.
