Are you sure? Apparently, Mr. Punxsarawney Phil saw his shadow this morning. But it's a little hard to believe considering the weather we had this weekend. Saturday, we were able to turn off our heaters & open the windows. You could walk around outside with only a sweatshirt. It was a whopping 69 degrees! It's supposed to stay above freezing for the next 10 days - with another 60+ day on Friday.

I think it all depends on the part of the county you're in... We got another 4" dumped on us this morning and our high in 20. No melting snow here!
