We made an offer on a house! It's located in southwestern Lee's Summit, MO. It was built in '74. It's about 1800 sf with a finished basement. 3 bed, 2 bath. The house is in decent shape. It could use a little work, though. It's also not really our style. But the best part, the main reason we want it, is that it is located on 6.3 acres with about a 2 acre PRIVATE lake. Wow, that's a truly gorgeous home! I can see Maddie swinging on that tire swing. It looks so perfect!! Good luck with the business aspect; I hope it works out for you guys!! =)
