Moving Day

This afternoon, about a dozen of us are moving into Annex #2 (about 2 blocks away from the main office). We are rapidly outgrowing our current space, but the new office in Baldwin Park just started construction and won't be finished til August (at the earliest). I walked over to the place yesterday. There's not much to see. It's a little shack with no windows. But it's only temporary (for the next 6 months or so). This is the second annex. The first one opened about a year and a half ago next door. Our firm is up to 99 persons, which is practically double what it was when I started 3 years ago. And we keep hiring more! One would wonder why we hire more bodies than the building can hold. At this rate, we're going to outgrow our new office before we ever move in!
